MEN'S

At the Division 1 level, 56 universities have lacrosse teams for men. There are 12.6 scholarships available per team to be divided among the players. A total of 705.6 scholarships are offered in Division 1 lacrosse for men.

At the Division 2 level, 33 universities have lacrosse teams for men. There are 10.8 scholarships available per team to be divided among the players. A total of 356.4 scholarships are offered in Division 2 lacrosse for men.

WOMEN'S

At the Division 1 level, 81 universities have lacrosse teams for women. There are 12 scholarships available per team to be divided among the players. A total of 972 scholarships are offered in Division 1 lacrosse for women.

At the Division 2 level, 40 universities have lacrosse teams for women. There are 9.9 scholarships available per team to be divided among the players. A total of 396 scholarships are offered in Division 2 lacrosse for women.

MEN/ WOMEN

Each lacrosse team has an average of 25 players. Scholarships are divided among the 25 players based on the coach’s preference. Athletes will receive a full or partial athletic scholarship. Some players choose to compete without a scholarship.
