The Best College Hitters, So Far

There are about 300 NCAA Division I baseball teams, running the gamut from the extremely good to the extremely bad. Therefore, it is difficult to compare hitters who are playing in different conferences with varying degrees of skill. Nevertheless, Jeff Sackmann and Kent Bonham crunched the numbers and came out with their list of the best college hitters this season. The Hardball Times

I bet they are going to be getting a big paycheck when the draft comes around. But scouts scrutinize college statistics because they use metal bats. By the way, where's Brett Wallace on that list? Batted .412, 20 HRs, 78RBS, not to mention his supurb OBP and Slugging Percentage.
